Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of, access to, and use of the Money Machine Blueprint (the "Course"), offered by Adeola Monofi through Money Universe, based in Calgary, Alberta ("MMB", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or using the Course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase it.

1. What you are buying

The Course is an online, self-paced educational program about investing in dividend stocks, ETFs and REITs, with a Canadian focus. It includes five modules, templates and worksheets, a list of 50+ example dividend stocks, ETFs and REITs, bonus materials, live monthly Q&A sessions, and access to the VIP Investors' Accountability Group and the Money Universe Community (together, the "Materials"). Course content is delivered digitally through the Money Universe Client Portal. Nothing is shipped to you.

2. Price and payment

  • The price is $497 USD, paid once, as shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
  • Payment is handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
  • Please give us accurate name and email details so we can send your receipt and access instructions.
  • Bonuses are included with your purchase. The dollar values shown on our website are for reference and are not prices you pay or amounts we guarantee you will save.
  • Bonus 5 (portfolio set-up assistance) is limited to the first 100 enrollees. Once those places are filled, it is no longer available.

3. Your access

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to offer the Course. Your access is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred. If we ever discontinue the Course, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and, where possible, a way to keep your downloadable materials. Live sessions and community features may change in format, timing or platform over time.

4. Money-back guarantee

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the Course.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase. Please include your full name and the date of purchase.
  • We will reply by email with the next steps and may ask a few questions to confirm your purchase.
  • Approved refunds are for the full price you paid and go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the funds, and your access ends once a refund is issued.
  • Please email us before starting a payment dispute with your bank. If a dispute is filed, we may suspend your access while we resolve it.
  • Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Intellectual property

The Course, its frameworks (including The Triad of Getting Rich™ and Dividend Giants™), videos, worksheets, templates, lists and other Materials belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or use them for commercial purposes, or share your login, without our written permission.

6. Community and conduct

The accountability group and community are there to help members learn and stay motivated. Please be respectful, keep posts relevant, and do not promote products or services, spam, harass others, or share other members' information. We may remove content or members who break these rules, and no refund applies in that case. Anything you post may be seen by other members.

7. Education only, not professional advice

The Course is for general educational purposes. Nothing in the Course, the live sessions, the community, our website, or related materials is personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or insurance advice, or an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security or product. The list of dividend stocks, ETFs and REITs is a set of examples for learning, not a recommendation for you.

Unless we tell you in writing, we are not acting as your registered investment adviser, dealer, portfolio manager or tax professional, and answering your questions or helping you understand the Materials does not create an advisory or client relationship. Tax rules and account limits (for example for TFSA, RRSP, FHSA and RESP) change, and rules differ by country. Please check current rules with the relevant authority and speak with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Investing involves risk, and no guarantee of results

All investing involves risk, including the loss of some or all of your money. Dividends are not guaranteed and can be reduced or stopped, and the value of stocks, ETFs and REITs can fall. Descriptions on our website of what the strategies aim to achieve, including references to yields, monthly income, timelines such as 30 days, and a portfolio built to hold up through volatility, inflation or recessions, describe goals and approaches. They are not promises.

Results, earnings screenshots and testimonials shown by us or our community are personal experiences. They are not typical and do not guarantee you will achieve similar results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, amount invested, decisions, effort and market conditions.

9. Third-party platforms and links

The Course may mention brokerages, banks, apps and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their products, fees or performance. Some links in the Course and our materials are affiliate or referral links. If you sign up or buy through one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Testimonials, photos and recordings

We may record live sessions and may share them with members. If you appear in a recording or share a testimonial, you agree that we may use it in our Materials and marketing, subject to the permission you gave us when you shared it. You may not record or redistribute our sessions without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our team, and our partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including investment losses, connected to the Course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you buy applies to your purchase, unless we need to update it to comply with the law. We may also improve or update the Course content over time.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
